We currently have Associate level positions available in our Quantaco Team. Desired Candidate Experience
6 years of experience in a BPO type environment, performing in a process-driven environment with proven Client Relationship, Team Lead and management skillsTotal experience : 8+ yearsCA Inter or CA finalist, or MBA graduateExperience in preparing monthly financial statements for multiple clientsShould have experience in working directly with clients and stakeholdersExperience with Australian accounting, taxation and clients, preferable but not essentialEnd-to-end bookkeeping and accounting experience including Payroll, Payables and Receivables. Also, must have knowledge of closing books and month / year end reportingExpertise in preparing and reviewing monthly financial statements with variance analysis for multiple clientsHigh level multitasking and prioritization skillsFluent professional spoken and written English communicationDemonstrated confidence and capabilities across various computer systems including accounting software and Microsoft officeRole Accountabilities
Provide support and assistance to our clients meeting timelines and quality standards for deliverables and attending to client queries.Work and communicate directly with clients and stakeholders.Develop detailed overall accounting knowledge including but not limited to; Payroll, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes.Develop expertise in reviewing monthly Financial statements and Management reports.Develop in-depth knowledge of ATO, OSR, Superannuation and other related compliance obligations and tasks to assist the team in maintaining a consistent adherence to said obligations.Train, motivate, mentor and lead your team. Help the team in troubleshooting and problem solving and lead by example with impeccable communication skills, systems and accounting knowledge and supporting Quantaco's culture of choice.Manage workflow effectively and efficiently based on evolving deadlines, priorities and client expectations.High level understanding of all relevant client accountsDaily interactions with clients and Quantaco management, using impeccable English andManage and prioritize workflow based on client requirements and resources available along with the natural evolving needs of our clients.Track, coordinate, and communicate your own workflow and associated timelines with all invested parties proactively and on a regular basis.Multitask and manage various requests from different clients with 100% accuracy and attention to detail.Any other accountabilities or duties as directed by your supervisor which are within the limits of the employees skill, competence and training.How to apply
