  • As a Sr Sales Supervisor at Honeywell, you will be accountable for driving sales and managing the AIDC (Automatic Identification and Data Capture) product line on a national level.
  • Your expertise in sales and business development will be instrumental in driving the success of our AIDC solutions across India.
  • You will work from our Mumbai office on a hybrid work schedule.
  • You will have a significant impact on our business by driving sales, building and maintaining customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities in the AIDC market.
  • Channel & SMB Sales Leader – Role Overview in PSS India Business

    • This role is critical in driving sales growth, managing channel partner relationships, and expanding market share in the Channel and Small Medium Business (SMB) segment.
    • Essential Characteristics and Competencies :

    • Strategic Vision and Planning :
    • Formulate strategic plans aligned with market dynamics and company goals.
    • Identify growth opportunities and adapt to competitive landscapes.
    • Channel Management Expertise :
    • Manage and grow relationships with channel partners and resellers.
    • Develop programs that drive partner engagement and performance.
    • Strong Sales Acumen :
    • Deep knowledge of sales processes, lead generation, and customer management.
    • Proven success in achieving sales targets and improving performance.
    • Collaboration and Influencing Skills :
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (marketing, finance, supply chain, etc.).
    • Foster collaboration and drive consensus among stakeholders.
    • Knowledge of SMB Market :
    • Understand regional trends, customer behavior, and SMB-specific needs in India.
    • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills :
    • Use sales data, market conditions, and feedback for informed decisions.
    • Experience with SFDC and Tableau dashboards is an advantage.
    • Customer-Centric Focus :
    • Prioritize customer satisfaction and relationship building for long-term growth.
    • Leadership and Team Development :
    • Lead and coach a high-performing sales team with clear goals and motivation.
    • Adaptability and Resilience :

    • Technical Knowledge :
    • Understand Honeywell's product and service portfolio to support partners and customers effectively.

    • Key Responsibilities :

    • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet AIDC revenue and business objectives.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
    • Provide technical support and ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful product launches.
    • Stay updated on market trends, competitive activities, and industry developments.
    • You Must Have :

    • Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, channel sales, or business development, ideally in the AIDC industry.
    • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
    • Willingness to travel as required to engage with customers and attend industry events.
    • We Value :

    • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
    • Experience managing national or regional sales teams.
    • Knowledge of AIDC technologies and solutions.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
