Key Responsibilities :
- Requirement Analysis & Solution Design : Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and develop functional and technical designs for Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Configuration & Customization : Configure HCM Cloud modules (Core HR, Talent Management, Payroll, Time & Labor, Compensation) and customize applications through BI Publisher reports, workflows, and integrations.
- Technical Leadership : Lead design for integrations, data migration, and reporting using Oracle tools like OTBI, HCM Extracts, and Fast Formula.
- Implementation & Deployment : Manage end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, ensuring quality deliverables and timely completion.
- Support & Optimization : Provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and implement continuous improvements.
- Collaboration : Work with HR, IT teams, and third-party vendors; mentor junior consultants and share best practices.
- Documentation & Training : Prepare design documents, user manuals, and training materials; conduct end-user and administrator training sessions.
