Qualification Required :

Requires minimum of 7-15 years of experience.

Diploma, Degree in Instrumentation discipline

Roles And Responsibilities :

1.Routing for Main tray, Tubing tray, Signal Tray, LV & HV tray, Vessel Tray in PDMS / SP3D / E3D software.

2.Modelling for Lighting, Remote instruments, F&G, Telecom, LCS, and Panel, Instruments CBD, Lighting SLD, Earthing Schematic, Electrical and Instrument

4.Tray Layouts by E3D 2D Draft and AutoCAD

5.Modeling of Offline instruments, Air header, Junction box, Telecom instruments F&G instruments, Local panels, Cable tray, Support, Penetration through E3D / PDMS / SP3D

6.Modeling of Offline instruments, Air header, Junction box, Telecom instruments, F&G instruments, Local panels, Cable tray, Support, Penetration through PDMS / SP3D / E3D Software.

7.3D Modeling of Electrical Equipments, Instruments, Junction Boxes,Cable trays & Panels.

8.Reviewing the 3D model with NAVISWORKS.

9.Modeling Tray support as per the standards.

10.Extraction of 2D drawings from PDMS & E3D using Draft Module.

11.Preparation of Loop Diagrams & Wiring Diagrams for Conventional Instruments.

12.Preparation of Instrumentation Cable Tray Routing Layout.

13.Preparation of As-Built Instrument Loop Drawing and panel strip report using SPI

14.Preparation of Instrument Specification Sheets (ISS) using SPI

15.Cross Checking the Instrument Index with P&ID’s, and incorporating the mismatches.

16.Preparation of Cable Block Diagrams& Loop Diagrams, Instrumentation Cable Tray & Trench Routing Diagram.
