GeM Consultant / GeM Bidding Executive

1. Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled GeM Consultant / Full-Time GeM Bidding Specialist to manage government procurement, tender bidding, and business acquisition through the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal.

The ideal candidate will support Drone as a Service (DRAAS) operations for Industrial and Agricultural sectors and drive Agri Drone sales by identifying and winning government tenders.

2. Key Responsibilities A. GeM Portal & Tender Management

• End-to-end management of GeM portal operations : product listing, catalog management, compliance, and documentation.
• Identify relevant government tenders for :
• Industrial Drone as a Service (inspection, surveillance, thermal, mapping, shutdown operations).
• Agricultural Drone as a Service (spraying, monitoring, plantation mapping).
• Agri Drone Sales (10L / 16L / 30L drones).
• Prepare and submit technical & financial bids on GeM.
• Analyse tender terms, eligibility, and prepare bid compliance matrix .
• Coordinate with internal teams for techno-commercial proposal preparation .
• Handle tender clarification, corrigendum tracking, and pre-bid meeting participation.
• Maintain complete tender documentation and audit-ready reports.
