Responsibilities

Provide skilled implementation, operational, and maintenance support for enterprise applications.

Maintain a stable systems environment with minimal downtime and maximum performance.

Employ skilled systems knowledge to ensure accurate daily operation of clinical and corporate systems.

Apply experience with direction to troubleshoot problematic applications successfully.

Collaborate with IT and other departments to determine and implement ambitious solutions.

Strictly adhere to established protocols and standards to compete effectively in the industry.

Requirements

Proven experience in application administration or a similar IT role.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Knowledge of enterprise application software and systems.

Key Areas of Expertise Required : SAS or SAS Grid.

Experience in Posit / R also a plus .

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
