About the Team

Join the team that powers engineering at Pure. We are building a unified framework that serves as the central platform for all engineers and product teams across CPBU. This includes FlashBlade, FlashArray, and core systems groups, enabling them to test and validate new features and products at scale .

This is the engineering team behind engineers . Your customers are product development teams themselves, which means your contributions directly impact the success of every product shipped by Pure.

Members in this team gain a holistic perspective of Pure’s entire storage portfolio and the technologies behind it. Some of our developers even hold the record for the highest number of code contributions across the organization . This is the place where engineering influence truly scales.

What You’ll Do :

• Design and build a next-generation test and validation framework used across all CPBU product teams
• Enhance the existing Python-based platform and drive the transition to Golang for better scalability and performance
• Collaborate closely with engineering feature teams to understand their needs and deliver high-impact tooling
• Build new systems, tools, and automation to support evolving product architectures
• Own large engineering initiatives from concept through delivery and adoption
• Establish best practices for architecture, development, and deployment within a high-scale distributed environment
