ABOUT AVISTRAT AND THE PROGRAMME :
Avistrat is a
design engineering capability builder
focused on strengthening aerospace engineering capacity across industry. We partner with aerospace organisations—from established engineering firms to high-growth startups—to develop
design-ready engineers
capable of contributing to real aerospace design work.
Graduate Engineering Traineeship (GET)
is Avistrat’s flagship capability pathway. The programme is designed to go beyond employability preparation by enabling a
direct transition into aerospace design roles
through structured design immersion, engineering accountability, and exposure to real industry workflows.
PROGRAMME PHILOSOPHY :
At Avistrat, we believe aerospace capability is built through
experiential design work , not classroom instruction alone. Design readiness requires engineers to engage with real problems, real constraints, and real engineering expectations.
Selected candidates develop
industry-aligned specialisation
while working on live aerospace projects in professional environments, often in collaboration with our partner organisations. The emphasis is on systems thinking, engineering judgment, and the ability to translate theory into defensible design outcomes.
If you are serious about working in aerospace design, this programme is built for
practical engineering contribution , not just academic reinforcement.
WHAT THE GET PROGRAMME OFFERS :
Build hands-on experience through
aerospace design projects
Develop specialisation aligned to
industry design requirements
Engage with real engineering tools, and review processes
Gain exposure to professional aerospace work environments
Strengthen readiness for internships and full-time design roles
DOMAINS INCLUDE :
Structural Design & Analysis
Aerodynamics
Aircraft Systems and Avionics
