The GET programme is suited for candidates who would like to build skill sets required in industry while working to apply them in a real-world environment. The programme is an ideal pathway for internships and jobs in industry.

Description :

Graduate Engineering Trainee period will be approximately

13 - 15 weeks (3.5 - 4 months)

There will be training along with work in specializations such as Structural Design, Flight Dynamics and Flight Control

There will be an

opportunity for an internship while training . Shortlisted candidates will undergo separate interviews for selection as applicable.

Selection process will include a preliminary call with Avistrat for selection into Avistrat's aircraft design programme followed by an interview and an online aptitude assessment.

Qualifications :

Graduates or current (final year) students in M.Tech with an aerospace, mechanical or electronics focus preferred; B. Tech Aeronautical Engineering with relevant internship experience can also be considered.

CGPA of 6.0 or 60% and above will be preferred.

Ability to work in teams and communicate ideas effectively a strong plus

Strong motivation for working in the aerospace sector desired

Preferences :

Prior project work or internship in aerospace

Knowledge of modelling and simulation tools like CATIA or Solidworks, ANSYS
