Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Finance Manager located in Bengaluru. The Finance Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day financial operations, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. The role involves managing financial statements, analyzing financial data, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards. Additionally, the Finance Manager will oversee cash flow management, manage relationships with financial institutions, and provide strategic financial advice to senior management.

Qualifications

Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting skills

Experience in analyzing financial data and preparing financial reports

Knowledge of financial regulations and standards

Proficiency in financial statement management and cash flow management

Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail

Strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and senior management

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus

Experience in the finance sector in Bengaluru or familiarity with local financial regulations is beneficial
