Key Responsibilities :
Client Strategy & Solution Design
- Engage with B2B clients to understand their brand, audience, content needs, and business goals.
- Translate client needs into tailored brand content strategies (e.g., thought leadership, lead magnets, case studies, whitepapers, newsletters, video, SEO blogs).
- Position content as a brand and business growth tool aligned to each stage of the B2B funnel.
Collaborative Campaign Development
Work cross-functionally with internal content strategists, writers, designers, and SEO experts to bring brand solutions to life.Develop and deliver strategic campaign proposals, roadmaps, and pitch decks.Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.Lead strategic discussions, QBRs, and performance reviews to ensure client satisfaction and retention.Content Strategy Innovation
Stay ahead of B2B marketing trends, buyer behavior, and industry benchmarks.Advise clients on how to integrate emerging content formats and distribution channels (e.g., podcasts, LinkedIn thought leadership, demand gen campaigns).Performance & Reporting
Define KPIs and collaborate with analysts to track content performance.Deliver reports and insights that tie content back to branding, engagement, and pipeline growth.Qualifications :
4+ years of experience in B2B marketing, brand strategy, content marketing, or client-facing roles within an agency or consulting environment.Proven experience creating or selling content-led marketing solutions for B2B brands.Strong grasp of content marketing tactics across multiple formats (written, visual, video, audio).Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.Strategic thinker with the ability to connect brand storytelling with business outcomes.Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), SEO principles, and B2B buyer journeys is a plus.Skills Required
