Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Speech and Language Therapist located in Goregaon. The role involves assessing, diagnosing, and providing therapy to individuals with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders. The therapist will create individualized treatment plans, collaborate with families and caregivers, maintain accurate records, and monitor progress to optimize client outcomes. Additionally, the role includes participation in team meetings and contributing to the development of therapy approaches or programs.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Speech Therapy and managing Speech-related challenges
• Strong knowledge of Language Disorders and Communication Disorders
• Experience in identifying and treating Dysphagia
• Ability to assess, plan, and deliver effective therapy, tailored to individual client needs
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Relevant certification in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field
• License or eligibility for licensure, as required by applicable regulations
