Job Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for guiding the development and success of our products from conception to launch. You will leverage your strong leadership, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration skills to deliver products that meet customer needs and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

Product Strategy : Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and market demands.

Product Development : Manage the complete product lifecycle, from concept and development to launch and continuous iteration.

Stakeholder Collaboration : Partner with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure seamless product development and successful launches.

Performance Analysis : Track product performance, gather user feedback, and analyze data to guide future product improvements.

Customer Focus : Interact with customers and stakeholders to gather insights, ensuring the product meets their needs and expectations.

Experience and Qualifications :

Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Work Experience : At least 4+ years of proven experience in product management in building consumer-facing mobile applications.

AI Domain (Optional) : Experience with AI-related projects, understanding machine learning concepts, and AI-driven product development.

Healthcare Domain (Optional) : Experience in the healthcare industry, familiarity with healthcare regulations, and knowledge of healthcare technologies.

Analytical Skills : Expertise with analytics platforms, including running SQL queries.

Product Design : Proven experience with Figma, creating and refining product designs in collaboration with design teams.
