Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Diesel Pump Servicing Technician located in Muniguda. The Diesel Pump Servicing Technician will be responsible for carrying out testing, calibration, repair, and servicing of diesel fuel injection systems . This includes mechanical inline and rotary pumps, as well as CRDI pumps and injectors . The role demands precision, technical knowledge, and hands-on skills with modern diagnostic and test bench equipment.

Responsibility

Operate and maintain diesel fuel injection test benches (universal & CRDI).
Perform testing, calibration, and repair of inline and rotary fuel pumps.
Diagnose, service, and repair CRDI injectors and pumps (Bosch, Delphi, Denso, Stanadyne).
Carry out injector coding and ultrasonic cleaning .
Use nozzle testers, pressure gauges, and calibration tools for accurate servicing.
Record test results, maintain job sheets, and ensure quality standards.
Follow workshop safety standards and maintain tools & equipment.
Assist senior engineers in training and implementation of new diagnostic techniques.

Qualifications

ITI / Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering .

Hands-on experience in diesel fuel systems (minimum 3 years preferred,).

Familiarity with inline, rotary, and CRDI systems .

Ability to read technical manuals and follow calibration data.

Basic computer literacy for test bench software (preferred).

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
