Job description

Role Objective :

To ideate, create, and manage engaging content that showcases BBT’s 3D, AR / VR, and tech-driven projects across all social media platforms highlighting innovation, design, and creativity.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute content strategies aligned with BBT’s creative and tech identity.
  • Ideate and produce Instagram reels, posts, YouTube shorts, and behind-the-scenes videos .
  • Collaborate with designers, 3D artists, and video editors to transform project visuals into impactful social content.
  • Write captions, taglines, and storytelling copy tailored to each platform’s tone.
  • Plan monthly content calendars with the marketing and BD teams.
  • Stay updated on AI, immersive tech, and 3D design trends to maintain a cutting-edge brand voice.
  • Analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and adapt strategies accordingly.

Requirements :

  • 1–3 years of experience in social media or content creation (agency or creative studio background preferred).
  • Proficiency in Canva / Adobe Creative Suite / CapCut / Premiere Pro .
  • Basic understanding of AI tools (Midjourney, ChatGPT, Runway, etc.) and 3D aesthetics.
  • Excellent writing, communication, and visual storytelling skills.
  • Passion for design, tech, and futuristic visual content.
  • Organized, creative, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments.
