About the Role
Optus Housing is seeking a smart, professional, and organized Front Desk Receptionist with 1–3 years of experience in front desk handling and basic admin work . The candidate should be well-presented, have excellent communication skills, and be capable of managing office operations smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and attend to visitors, clients, and guests professionally.
- Handle incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and transfer calls to relevant departments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
- Manage courier entries — incoming & outgoing.
- Maintain visitor logs, basic attendance entries, and front desk records.
- Provide administrative support to HR and other departments when required.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with office management tasks.
- Handle filing, documentation, and basic data entry.
- Support day-to-day office operations efficiently.
Required Skills & Experience
1–3 years of experience in Front Desk / Reception / Admin roles .Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi).Presentable, polite, and customer-service oriented.Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).Strong multitasking and organizational skills.Immediate joiners preferred.Salary
