WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The Partner Alliances Manager will be responsible for building, nurturing, and expanding strategic relationships with technology and OEM partners. This role requires a potent blend of technical understanding (to facilitate integrations of partner products with our platform) and business acumen (to establish and maintain win–win partnerships). The candidate will act as a bridge between internal teams (Presales, Product, Engineering, and Marketing) and external OEM partners, ensuring seamless collaboration and mutual business growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES : -

OEM Integration & Enablement

  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard OEM partners for technology integrations.
  • Define integration scope, use cases, and technical requirements with Product & Engineering teams.
  • Coordinate Proof-of-Concepts (POCs), certifications, and validations of integrations.
  • Ensure test setups, documentation, APIs / SDKs, and technical collateral are complete and up to date.

Integration Launch & Go-to-Market

  • Manage OEM agreements (NDAs, technology partner agreements).
  • Prepare and maintain integration collaterals and publishing material.
  • Ensure commercial and technical readiness of integrations for GTM.
  • Drive awareness through social media, emailers, website content, webinars, and training sessions.
  • Partner Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary contact for strategic OEM partners.
  • Foster strong partner relationships through smooth communication and conflict resolution.
  • Develop joint business plans, aligning on shared goals, pipeline development, and revenue growth.
  • Strategic Growth & Execution

  • Identify co-marketing, co-selling, and joint solution opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Marketing & Sales to position integrations in proposals, RFPs, and events.
  • Expand the partner ecosystem by identifying new strategic opportunities.
  • Reporting

  • Provide regular updates on alliance progress, risks, and opportunities to leadership.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Education : Minimum B.E. / B.Tech (or higher).
  • Industry Experience : Access Control, CCTV, Security Systems preferred; ICCC / PSIM exposure is a plus. Candidates from software development companies with similar experience will also be considered.
  • Technical Skills : System integrations, APIs, enterprise IT / security solutions, solution design, system installation.
  • Soft Skills : Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management.
  • Secondary Skills : Cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder management, project management, documentation, and ability to travel as required.
