Job Position - Event Manager

Job Location - Saudi Arabia

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Event Manager position based in Saudi Arabia. As an Event Manager, you will oversee the planning, organization, and execution of events. Key responsibilities include coordinating with clients to understand event objectives, managing event budgets, liaising with vendors, supervising on-site operations during events, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role also involves managing logistics, coordinating staff, and handling any unexpected issues to deliver successful and seamless events. Must have exp. in arranging Ramadan Bazaars, Iftars and Sohours, Childrens Eid Parties, Christmas and Easter celebrations.

Qualifications

Event planning and management expertise with skills in logistics coordination, budget management, and vendor relations.

Strong organizational skills, time management, and ability to multitask across various event projects.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for client interaction, problem-solving, and team collaboration.

Proficiency in project management tools and software is an advantage.

Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Prior experience in managing corporate events, conferences, or large-scale gatherings is a plus.

Ability to work on-site and flexible working hours to accommodate event schedules.

Detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving and leadership abilities.

Salary - SAR 4000 - 5000 + other benefits
