Purpose : Build Hyderabad as an independent P&L centre for a luxury event catering company

Key Responsibilities

End-to-end business ownership : Sales, Operations, Client servicing & PNL

Lead business, premium events and brand presence in the region.

Oversee kitchen setup, operations staffing & event-quality consistency.

Track profitability, pricing, budgets and vendor contracts.

Work closely with HQ for alignment & support

Ideal Profile

15–20+ years in premium / luxury catering or 5-star hotel banquets.

Strong market understanding of Hyderabad weddings & social and destination events.
