Job Title - Servicenow developer - OMT
Experience : ServiceNow Development, with CSM and Telecom Order Management experience
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform, specifically in the Order Management for Telecom (OMT) module
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, and cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements
- Develop ServiceNow catalog items, workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and custom applications to meet telecom order management needs
- Configure and customize Order Management modules to enable seamless handling of product orders, service requests, and provisioning workflows
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems, OSS / BSS platforms, and legacy systems commonly used in telecom environments
- Support UAT, defect fixing, and performance tuning for order management processes
- Follow Agile delivery practices and participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Ensure compliance with coding standards, security guidelines, and ITSM best practices
Required Skills :
Hands-on development experience in ServiceNow platformStrong knowledge of ServiceNow Order Management for Telecom (OMT) moduleExperience in ServiceNow CSM (Customer Service Management) and / or ITSM is an advantageProficient in JavaScript, REST / SOAP integrations, ServiceNow Flow Designer, and Service PortalTelecom domain knowledge, particularly Order-to-Activation processes, Product Catalogs, Service Requests, and FulfillmentAbility to write technical documentation, design documents, and deployment guidesExperience in working in Agile / DevOps environments
