Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud Consultant / Developer

Role Overview :

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud Consultant / Developer to design, implement, and optimize Salesforce-based solutions tailored for the Consumer Goods industry. This role requires deep technical expertise, hands-on development skills, and the ability to collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-performance Responsibilities :

• Solution Design & Development : Architect, configure, and implement Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud features including Retail Execution, Visit Planning, Order Capture, Trade Promotions, and Store Audits.
• Customization & Development : Build scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), OmniStudio, Flows, and API integrations.
• Integration : Ensure seamless integration with external enterprise systems, ERP, and third-party applications.
• Requirement Gathering : Partner with business teams to capture functional requirements and translate them into robust technical specifications.
• Optimization & Support : Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and implement system enhancements to improve performance and usability.
• Best Practices : Follow Salesforce development standards, CI / CD practices, and ensure code quality, scalability, and Skills & Qualifications :
• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience, with 2+ years in Consumer Goods Cloud implementation.
• Strong expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Consumer Goods Cloud features.
• Hands-on experience with OmniStudio, Apex, LWC, Flows, and Integration APIs.
• Solid understanding of data modeling, security, performance optimization, and scalable architecture on Salesforce.
• Salesforce Certifications preferred (e.g., Consumer Goods Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Platform Developer I / II).
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a remote, cross-functional, and fast-paced environment.
