Sr. Associate (15h Left)

The Role

At Refyne, we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sr. Associate to support our legal and compliance functions within the dynamic NBFC / Fintech sector. In this role, you will be responsible for managing legal operations, ensuring compliance with applicable financial laws and RBI regulations, handling debt and financing transactions, and overseeing contract drafting and negotiation. You will work closely with internal teams to mitigate legal risks, support business operations, and contribute to the company’s compliant and sustainable growth.

What we’re looking for

• 2–4 years of post-qualification experience in a legal role within NBFC, Fintech, or Banking sectors.
• Solid understanding of financial laws, RBI guidelines, and regulatory framework for financial institutions.
• Proven experience in handling legal operations and debt transactions.
• Strong legal drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Law degree from a reputable institution.
