Role Overview :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Operations Executive to manage daily and monthly data uploads into our centralized software. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with data collation, analysis, and interpretation, ensuring accuracy and consistency. This role is pivotal in maintaining data integrity, supporting cross-functional teams, and providing actionable insights to aid business decisions.

Key Responsibilities :

Data Collation & Upload :

Collect, organize, and prepare datasets for timely uploads into centralized software.

Data Management :

Ensure accurate and consistent daily / monthly uploads while maintaining data integrity.

Data Quality Control :

Verify the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data and proactively resolve discrepancies.

Software Management :

Act as the point of contact for the centralized software, ensuring smooth functioning and basic troubleshooting.

Process Improvement :

Identify inefficiencies in data workflows, propose solutions, and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and minimize errors.

Stakeholder Collaboration :

Work with cross-functional teams to align on data requirements, resolve issues, and provide training / support on data management practices.

Skills & Qualifications :

Graduate in any discipline.

Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.

Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.

Ability to manage large datasets efficiently.

Strong communication skills (verbal and written).

Proactive problem-solving and process enhancement capabilities.

Team player with the ability to collaborate across functions.
