Job description

Responsibilities :

 Sales and Business Development :  Identify and target potential clients, including dental clinics, hospitals, Phrarmacy etc  Present and promote Oracura’s range of dental products to prospective customers.  Achieve sales targets and grow the market share for Oracura products in the assigned territory.

 Client Relationship Management :

 Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.

 Provide product demonstrations and training to dental professionals.

 Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

 Market Research and Strategy :  Gather insights on market trends, competitor products, and customer needs.

 Suggest strategies to improve product positioning and sales performance.

 Reporting :

 Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including client feedback and market analysis.

 Maintain accurate records of sales, leads, and client interactions.

Key Qualifications and Skills :

 Experience : Minimum 1 years of proven experience in dental product sales or a similar role in the dental / medical field.

 Education : Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably in business, marketing, or healthcare).

 Skills :  Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.  Excellent presentation and communication abilities.

 Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets.

 Knowledge : Familiarity with dental products and solutions is mandatory.

 Mobility : Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
