Role Overview

We are seeking motivated and passionate Civil Engineering graduates

to join our team as

Engineering Trainees .

This role is designed for

freshers and early-career professionals

who wish to gain hands-on exposure to

project planning, site documentation, quantity estimation, and design coordination . It’s a great opportunity to learn the end-to-end process of engineering projects under professional mentorship.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in

site visits, survey coordination, and technical documentation .

Support in preparing

BOQs, cost estimates, drawings, and project reports .

Coordinate with project engineers and vendors during execution and data collection.

Perform

quantity take-offs, quality checks, and progress tracking .

Contribute to preparing

presentation materials, layouts, and design documentation .

Maintain proper

records, drawings, and daily reports .

Qualifications & Skills

B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

(Freshers or up to 2 years’ experience).

Proficiency in

AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project documentation .

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Willingness to learn and adapt to multiple project types.
