Role Overview
WellWork is looking for a dynamic, target-driven Sales Manager to spearhead client acquisition and relationship management across our centers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by converting leads into long-term clients, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience, and supporting collections.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow key client accounts to ensure long-term retention and satisfaction.
- Conduct client tours, deliver compelling presentations, and create tailored proposals.
- Lead contract negotiations and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with the finance team on collections during agreement initiation and monthly rental follow-ups.
- Oversee smooth client onboarding and provide proactive support across centers.
- Address client queries and maintain a strong on-ground presence across WellWork centers (Gachibowli, Ameerpet, Banjara Hills, and Hitech City).
- Consistently track, report, and improve sales performance metrics.
Required Skills & Qualifications
3–5 years of proven sales / business development experience (preferably in Coworking, Real Estate, Hospitality or Facility Management).Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi .Ability to confidently create, present, and close proposals / contracts.Professional, well-groomed, and confident in client-facing roles.Flexibility to travel between WellWork's Hyderabad centers.Show more
