Role Description :

This role will be responsible for managing the complete payroll cycle using Spine Payroll and supporting day-to-day HR operations. The role involves maintaining accurate employee data, ensuring statutory compliance, and providing assistance across HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, attendance management, documentation, and employee relations.

The candidate must have at least 1 year of hands-on experience in Spine Payroll , strong knowledge of payroll compliance, and the ability to work independently with accuracy and confidentiality.

You are a detail-oriented and reliable HR professional who enjoys working with numbers, employee data, and payroll systems. You have a flair for talent acquisition. You have hands-on experience with Spine Payroll and understand the importance of accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance. You are proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple HR tasks while maintaining a positive and supportive approach with employees.

You communicate clearly, handle queries patiently, and maintain strong follow-through in all HR operations. You are someone who can work independently, meet deadlines, and contribute to smooth payroll execution and efficient HR functioning.
