About the role :

We are seeking a SysOps Engineer with 2+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure, automation and CloudOps supportThe ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in AWS services, scripting, CI / CD processes, containerization (Docker, ECS), monitoring tools (Nagios, CloudWatch) and compliance awareness for ISO, SOC2 and GDPR. .

This role requires flexibility to work in rotational shifts (5-day work week, including possible weekend shifts) and the ability to ensure stability and performance of production environments.

Requirements

What you'll do :

• Support and monitor AWS cloud infrastructure in production environments.
• Write and maintain automation scripts using Python or Bash.
• Work with CI / CD pipelines (GitHub, Jenkins, etc.) for deployments.
• Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and ECS.
• Configure and troubleshoot AWS networking basics (VPC, subnets, security groups, load balancers).
• Use Nagios, CloudWatch for monitoring and alerting.
• Troubleshoot production issues, escalate when needed, and assist in root cause analysis (RCA).
• Follow and support incident, problem, and change management processes.
• Ensure adherence to security and compliance practices (SOC, ISO, GDPR).
