Plant Accounting Manager

Job descriptionPlant Accounting : Handle all day-to-day accounting activities at the factory — vendor invoice booking, GRN entries, debit / credit notes, and expense postings in SAP. Conduct monthly GR / IR and vendor advance reconciliations and ensure timely month-end closure. Costing & MIS : Monitor production and overhead costs, prepare cost analysis reports, and support MIS and profitability reviews. Taxation & Compliance : Ensure accurate filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns; coordinate with auditors for compliance reviews. Accounts Payable & Receivable : Oversee invoice processing, supplier payments, and receivable tracking to maintain strong working capital discipline. Internal Controls : Implement and maintain robust internal control systems and ensure process compliance at the plant. Budgeting & Forecasting : Support annual budget preparation, track actual vs. budget variances, and recommend corrective measures.
