Studio Urbarc is looking for a passionate and detail - driven Architect who had good hand experience on working on projects and Interior Designer with at least 3 years of experience to join our growing dynamic team !!

Who Should Apply

Candidates Applying for job of an Architect : A passionate Architect with minimum 3 years of experience and has a strong sense of interior detailing and design aesthetics is a plus

Candidates Applying for job of an Interior Designer : A passionate Interior Designer with minimum 3 years of experience, with a strong design sensibility, and a love for interiors that feel lived, layered, and full of intent. Experience of working on high end luxurious residential projects is a plus

Your Role Will Include :

  • Space planning and layout design, ensuring optimal functionality and aesthetics.
  • Create detailed drawings, renderings, and specifications using design software and tools.
  • Preparation of design presentations for clients, including 2D and 3D visualizations.
  • Holds design expertise in Conceptual design (Layout, Style, Mood board )
  • Expertise in layout, color, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture and all installations
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and design innovations
  • Create estimates, schedules, and staffing plans to complete projects
  • Provide design support and documentation during completion and execution of design concepts
  • Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure the timely execution of design plans.
  • Site visits and assessments as needed to monitor progress and quality of work.

What we are looking and expect from you

  • Qualification : Bachelor’s degree in Architecture / Diploma in Interior Design
  • Soft Skills : Demonstrable presentation with a attention to details and materials . Good Client presentation relations skills
  • Technical Skills : Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite. Good Knowledge of rendering software like V-Ray / Lumion / 3d Max is a must .
