Plant Head (Bioenzyme Manufacturing)

Objectives of the Role :

The General Manager will provide strategic leadership, vision, and direction to ensure the

organization’s growth, profitability, and long-term sustainability. This role requires

oversight of all functional areas including Production, Operations, Quality Assurance,

Quality Control, R&D, HR, and Finance, with a strong focus on fermentation and enzyme

manufacturing excellence. The General Manager will represent the company to key

stakeholders, promote innovation, and foster a high-performance culture.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Provide strategic leadership, vision, and direction for the entire organization.
• Drive revenue growth, operational efficiency, and profitability.
• Oversee and coordinate all departmental functions to ensure alignment and synergy

(Production, Operations, QA, QC, R&D, HR, Finance, etc.).
