We are now looking for a motivated MIS & Customer Communication Executive to support our marketing and operations initiatives while contributing to the company’s continued growth.

Role Overview

The MIS & Customer Communication Executive will work closely with the Marketing and Operations Team to conduct market research, engage in client communication, generate leads, and manage MIS-related tasks.

This role offers excellent exposure for individuals who are analytical, communicative, and eager to grow in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Research : Conduct in-depth research and gather market insights to support marketing and business development strategies.
  • Client Communication (Telecalling) : Connect with potential clients to introduce the company’s offerings and identify qualified leads.
  • Lead Generation : Support the Sales Team by identifying, nurturing, and maintaining potential business leads.
  • MIS Management : Maintain and update Management Information Systems to ensure data accuracy and timely reporting.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with Marketing and Operations teams to execute campaigns and process improvements.
  • Content & Presentation Support : Use AI-based tools and platforms such as Canva to create visually appealing presentations and marketing materials for customers and partners.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Fresh graduates with an excellent academic record are encouraged to apply.
  • Candidates with 2–3 years of relevant experience will be preferred.
  • Consistent academic performance of 70% and above throughout Education.
  • Strong analytical, research, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, AI tools, Canva, and data management software.
  • Professional fluency in English (verbal and written) is essential.
  • A proactive, disciplined, and result-oriented individual with a willingness to learn and adapt.
