The Role

We’re looking for a

Creative Head

who’s equal parts

strategic brand architect

and

hands-on designer

someone who can redesign the entire FlytBase brand identity from the ground up, lead a multidisciplinary creative studio, and push the boundaries of what design looks like in the age of AI.

This is a role for someone who doesn’t just make things look good

they make them

mean

something.

Someone who can move from a founder brainstorm to a full brand system, from a blank artboard to a living design ecosystem that evolves with every experiment.

You’ll have full creative freedom, a high-agency team, and access to the world’s most advanced AI tools to turn ideas into visuals that outlive you.

What You’ll Build

Brand Reinvention :

Lead a company-wide brand redesign

visual identity, logo evolution, color and motion systems, typography, tone, and the emotion behind every pixel.

AI-Native Design :

Use the latest creative tech

Midjourney, Runway, AnimateDiff, Higgsfield, HeyGen, Veo 2, Figma, After Effects, Blender

to generate, iterate, and refine world-class visuals.

Multi-Channel Creative :

Design across digital (web, social, decks), physical (booths, print, installations), and branded merch (clothing, stickers, coasters, packaging).

Enterprise Storytelling :

Turn complex product and AI concepts into visuals that make sense to Fortune 500 decision-makers simplifying technology through elegance.

3D & Motion Narratives :

Build cinematic renders, loops, and campaigns that bring the FlytBase platform and vision to life.

Systemized Design :

Create reusable frameworks, branded components, and scalable design systems that power marketing, product, and culture.

Cross-Functional Translation :

Work with product, engineering, and leadership to make our technology not just functional, but iconic.

Experimentation Culture :

What You Bring

5–12 years of experience in

brand, creative, or design leadership

roles across SaaS, agencies, studios, or tech startups.

Proven track record of

brand architecture, system thinking, and creative direction

for product or tech brands.

Deep familiarity with

AI-native tools

(Midjourney, Runway, HeyGen, Figma, After Effects, Blender, Veo, etc.).

Multi-disciplinary depth across

graphic, motion, 3D, and product design .

Experience in

systemizing creativity

— frameworks, templates, libraries, and scalable design pipelines.

A portfolio that shows

conceptual boldness, visual finesse, and execution velocity .

Ability to lead and inspire a

small, high-velocity team

of designers, storytellers, and visual engineers.

Comfort with ambiguity, experimentation, and feedback loops.
