Tele-Counsellor (4 Positions)

Location : Kolkata (On-site)

Experience : 2+ years (Experience in academic / education industry mandatory)

Compensation Package : ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Job Description :

We are looking for experienced Telecallers / Counsellors with a strong background in the EdTech or education counselling space. The role involves calling, guiding students and parents, and driving admissions for our education programs.

Responsibilities :

• Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
• Clearly explain course offerings, teaching methodology, batch details and program benefits.
• Follow up on inquiries and schedule appointments for counselling sessions.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and interactions.
• Achieve monthly call and lead conversion targets.
• Convert leads into walk-ins, counselling sessions and admissions.
• Coordinate with the internal team for walk-ins, demos and conversions.
