Job Summary :

We are looking for a Civil 3D Modeler with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Autodesk Civil 3D.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing detailed 3D models and drawings for landscape, grading, dry & wet utilities, and infrastructure projects , while coordinating effectively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver accurate and clash-free models.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and manage Civil 3D models for grading, utilities, and infrastructure works.
• Prepare plans, profiles, cross-sections, and pipe networks (stormwater, sanitary, water).
• Execute earthwork grading, cut & fill analysis , and quantity take-offs .
• Generate coordinated shop drawings and as-built drawings .
• Coordinate with other disciplines using Navisworks Manage for clash detection and resolution.
• Work on GCC Shop Drawings , Landscape , and Highway Modelling projects.
• Support BIM workflows through all design stages.
• Ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with project standards.
• Collaborate closely with engineers, architects, and project managers.
