ESK Technologies is seeking an experienced Business Development Specialist to join our team in Bangalore.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead Generation and Prospecting
- Identify and target potential clients in industries requiring IT staffing solutions.
- Utilize market research, networking, and other tools to generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline.
- Client Acquisition & Engagement
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers such as HR managers, IT managers, and procurement teams.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to establish long-term partnerships.
Market Research and Strategy
Analyze industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.Collaborate with management to develop and execute business strategies that align with company goals.Sales and Revenue Growth
Meet and exceed revenue targets by delivering customized IT staffing solutions.Prepare and present proposals, pricing models, and contracts to prospective clients.Collaboration with Internal Teams
Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure client requirements are effectively translated into successful staffing solutions.Provide feedback from clients to improve service delivery and recruitment strategies.Brand Building and Networking
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.Promote the company's value proposition to enhance brand visibility and reputation.Qualifications and Skills
Educational Background : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
Experience :
2–5 years of proven experience in business development, preferably in the IT staffing or recruitment industry.
Familiarity with IT roles and technologies is highly desirable.
Skills :
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management abilities.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
