Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Identify and improve FMCG workflows through digital and process transformation .

Implement automation and ERP solutions tailored for beverages and flavours .

Optimize supply chain networks to reduce waste and boost efficiency.

Align technology initiatives with overall business objectives.

Provide consultative insights to management and technical teams.

8+ years in FMCG operations — preferably beverages / flavours.

Proven experience in process automation , SCM , or ERP implementation .

Strong understanding of manufacturing, quality systems, and compliance .

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Collaborative and results-driven professional.

Process Automation – Implementing automation across production, quality, or packaging lines.

Supply Chain Management (SCM) – End-to-end optimization of demand planning, logistics, procurement, and inventory management.

ERP Systems – Deployment or enhancement of ERP modules for manufacturing, finance, or operations (SAP / Oracle / Microsoft Dynamics preferred).
