Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruiter with a minimum of 5–7 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably within the solar, renewable energy, or infrastructure industry. The role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening to onboarding—ensuring that Soleos attracts and retains top talent aligned with our business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technical, non-technical, and leadership roles.
Partner with department heads to understand manpower requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
Source candidates through multiple channels, including job portals, professional networks, referrals, and social media.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews, manage feedback, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
Negotiate offers and support onboarding processes in coordination with HR operations.
Maintain recruitment dashboards and provide regular hiring status reports.
Support employer branding initiatives and build a strong talent pipeline for future requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
5–7 years of experience in recruitment (experience in solar, renewable energy, EPC, or infrastructure preferred).
Proven track record of closing positions across technical and non-technical domains.
Strong networking, sourcing, and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HRMS or ATS platforms.
