Job Title : UX Researcher

Mode : WFO in Bangalore

Working hours : 10 am to 7 pm

Days : 5 days / week

Lucio is an AI legal-tech company transforming the delivery of legal services in India. It uses Generative AI to assist lawyers with legal analysis, document review, due diligence, risk identification, judgements comparisons and more.

Position Overview :

We're looking for a UX Researcher who can uncover deep user insights through both qualitative and quantitative methods. You should understand what makes digital experiences simple, usable, and intuitive. You should know how to translate research into practical, design-forward recommendations.

An eye for good UI is essential, as strong UX research should inform clear, user-friendly interfaces.

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, usability testing, and data analysis
Build and maintain user personas and journey maps
Translate research findings into actionable insights for design and product teams
Collaborate with product, design, and engineering to shape user-first solutions
Evaluate UI / UX effectiveness and suggest improvements backed by research
Organize and document findings clearly using tools like Notion and Figma
Stay updated on UX best practices and continuously refine research methods
Synthesize complex data into concise, usable formats for decision-making

Requirements :

1+ year of experience in UX research or a related field, with hands-on work across qualitative and quantitative methods

Strong grasp of usability principles, user behavior, and user-centered design thinking

Ability to translate research into actionable insights and collaborate effectively with product, design, and engineering teams

Comfortable using tools like Figma, Notion, and Google Suite for documentation and synthesis

Excellent communication skills with a structured, detail-oriented approach

Bonus : Experience in fast-paced or product-led environments
