About the Role :

Key Responsibilities :
The successful candidate will be a pivotal member of our finance team, overseeing the financial operations for a group of companies.
Key responsibilities include :
Cash Flow Management :
Developing and maintaining accurate cash flow forecasts and projections.
Monitoring daily cash balances and optimizing working capital utilization.
Implementing strategies to improve liquidity and manage cash efficiently across the group.
Accounts Management :
Overseeing the day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to accounting standards.
Leading and mentoring a team of 3-4 accountants, managing their workflow, and fostering their professional development.
Reviewing and approving journal entries, reconciliations, and overall ledger maintenance.
Statutory Compliance :
Ensuring timely and accurate compliance with all applicable direct, indirect tax and labour regulations(e.G., Income Tax, GST, TDS, PF, ESI etc.).
Handling statutory audits, tax audits, and internal audits, coordinating with external auditors and internal stakeholders.
Managing all necessary regulatory filings and documentation.
Financial Reporting & Analysis :
Preparing comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for the group of companies.
Analyzing financial data to provide insights into business performance, trends, and variances.
Assisting in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
Process Improvement :
Identifying and implementing improvements in accounting processes and internal controls to enhance efficiency and reliability.
Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications & Experience
Educational Background : Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).
Experience :
Freshers are welcome to apply and will be considered based on their academic performance and attitude.
Candidates with 2-3 years of post-qualification experience in a manufacturing or sales environment are highly preferred.
Skills & Attributes :
A dynamic and ready-to-learn approach with a demonstrable "can-do" attitude.
Strong working knowledge of accounting principles (e.G., Indian GAAP) and cash management techniques.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.G., SAP Business One, Tally, etc.) and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent leadership and team management skills to effectively guide the accounting team.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
