Fashion Design Intern

Job descriptionCurrently pursuing or recently completed a degree / diploma in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field . Strong sketching and design visualization skills (manual & digital). Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CLO3D is preferred. Passionate about women's westernwear, sustainability, and premium fashion . Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills. A keen eye for detail, fabric, and silhouette balance . Hands-on experience working with a premium fashion start-up . Exposure to the end-to-end design process : from concept to final collection. Mentorship from experienced professionals in design, sourcing, and branding. Opportunity to contribute ideas and see them come to life in the collection. Certificate of Internship + potential Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) for outstanding performance.
Job Location : Noida, NCR, India
Education Qualification : Pursuing or Complete a Degree / Diploma from a reputed Fashion Institute.

Role Overview
We are looking for a Fashion Design Intern who is passionate about design, detail, and storytelling through clothes. As part of our design team, you will work closely on upcoming collections, assisting with research, design development, prototyping, and sourcing. This role is ideal for someone who is creative, detail-oriented, and eager to learn about the premium women's wear market in India.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in trend research , mood boards, and concept creation for seasonal collections.
- Support in sketching designs (hand sketches or digital using Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop / CLO3D).
- Research and source fabrics, trims, and sustainable materials aligned with the brand's ethos.
- Coordinate with sampling units to develop prototypes and fittings .
- Assist in creating and maintaining tech packs and spec sheets .
- Organize design archives, swatches, and sampling records.
- Support in styling, shoots, and lookbook creation.
