We’re entering an exciting phase of hyper-growth and are looking for a Partnerships Manager to lead strategic alliances with top System Integrators (SIs), BPOs, and Consulting firms to accelerate AI adoption across industries such as BFSI, e-commerce, telecom, and edtech.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive partnerships and alliances strategy to expand market reach and drive revenue growth.
- Identify, onboard, and manage strategic partners to enable AI transformation initiatives across enterprise clients.
- Design and implement co-selling, co-marketing, and joint go-to-market (GTM) programs with ecosystem partners.
- Collaborate closely with internal sales, product, and marketing teams to align partnership initiatives with business goals.
- Track, analyze, and report on partnership performance metrics to ensure success and optimize future strategies.
Requirements
2–8 years of experience in partnerships, alliances, or business development roles.Proven ability to establish and scale partnerships that drive measurable business impact.Strong understanding of AI applications in sales, customer experience, and support processes.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Demonstrated ability to work independently and take ownership of end-to-end partnership initiatives.Experience in creating and managing partnership programs from the ground up.
