Job descriptionImplement YouTube’s monetization features. Monitor RPM, CPM, watch time, and click-through rates to optimize revenue. Ensure content follows YouTube’s monetization policies and copyright rules. Manage demonetized videos and appeal processes. Track performance using YouTube Analytics and third-party tools. Prepare revenue and performance reports for management. Coordinate with creators, editors, and marketing teams to enhance content reach. Explore brand deals, sponsorships, and affiliate partnerships. Strong understanding of YouTube algorithms and monetization policies. Knowledge of SEO and audience retention strategies. Analytical mindset with data interpretation skills. Communication and negotiation skills for brand partnerships. Familiarity with video editing and content creation is a plus.
