We are seeking a skilled and passionate Technical Support Engineer to join our growing team in Mumbai to ensure the quality and reliability of our cutting-edge digital products.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide Technical support for our Mobile and Web Applications
 - On site Support and Implementation of our product to customers
 - Investigate and resolve customer-reported issues, bugs, and performance concerns
 - Collaborate with Product, QA, and Development teams to escalate and fix complex problems
 - Monitor application performance on a regular basis
 - Assist in App deployments, Version rollouts and Post-Release monitoring
 - Support Internal teams with Technical Insights and solutions.
 - Participate in on-call rotations and provide timely responses to critical incidents.
 - Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and data protection standards.
 
Required Qualifications :
1-3 years of experience in a Technical Support role.Strong understanding of mobile platforms (iOS, Android) and Web Applications.Experience with Issue Tracking systemsExcellent communication and problem-solving skills.Must Have Skills
Should have to work in Rotational Shifts (Morning / Afternoon)Mandatory Languages to be known - English, Marathi and Hindi
