About Agrizy : Agri-food tech start-up Agrizy, founded in 2021 by Saket Chirania and Vicky Dodani, is dedicated to transforming the agri-food processing sector. By leveraging cutting-edge technologies, Agrizy addresses the common challenges encountered by FPOs and MSME agri-food processors. Through Agrizy, the underutilized capacities of MSME agri-food processors are linked with the customized processing needs of major buyers in both domestic and global markets. Additionally, Agrizy assists these processors in sourcing raw materials from farm-gate aggregators and FPOs, standardizing their operations and processing facilities through technology, obtaining quality certifications, and enabling access to working capital from formal lenders at competitive rates.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Export Business Development & Market Expansion
- Identify and develop new export opportunities in nutraceuticals, cosmetics, and wellness categories across targeted geographies.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with international distributors, importers, and key accounts.
- Negotiate international trade terms, agreements, and pricing strategies in line with export regulations and competitive positioning.
- Represent Agrizy at global trade shows, buyer-seller meets, and export promotion events.
2. Product Strategy & Innovation for Exports
Conduct market research and competitor mapping for international markets to identify trends, gaps, and high-potential SKUs.Lead product adaptations for export markets, including formulation changes, packaging, and labelling to meet local compliance standards.Collaborate with R&D and manufacturing teams to ensure product readiness for international shipping and regulatory requirements.Develop and execute go-to-market strategies tailored to each target country or region.3. Export Marketing & Growth Initiatives
Create country-specific campaigns, promotional materials, and sales enablement tools.Develop training content and conduct sessions for overseas distributors, agents, and channel partners.Support the creation of export-focused marketing collateral, catalogues, and digital content.Monitor export sales performance, analyse trade data, and identify opportunities to increase market share and profitability.Qualifications :
Prior experience in international business development, exports, or product marketing in nutraceuticals, cosmetics, or related industries.Proven track record of entering and growing markets internationally.Strong understanding of export compliance, documentation, and logistics.Expertise in product lifecycle management, from concept to international launch.Excellent communication, cross-cultural negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to manage multiple country-specific projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams.Why Join Agrizy?
