Their approach blends editorial storytelling, premium user-generated content (UGC), and paid media strategy into a cohesive growth engine that drives measurable results. They specialize in scaling customer acquisition through creative strategy, paid social media, and conversion-driven content.
Role Overview
We're looking for a Landing Page Designer with strong experience designing for e-commerce brands, especially landing pages that receive traffic from Meta ads. You'll design pages that not only capture attention but maximize conversions for paid social campaigns. This is a hands-on role for someone who combines creative design skills with data-driven CRO thinking.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build high-converting landing pages for DTC e-commerce brands receiving traffic from Facebook & Instagram ads.
- Collaborate with creative, marketing, and paid media teams to translate campaign concepts into visually compelling, conversion-optimized pages.
- Use Figma to bring designs to life.
- Implement UX / UI best practices for mobile-first, responsive, and performance-optimized pages.
- Continuously test and iterate landing pages based on traffic data, conversion rates, and A / B testing.
- Maintain brand consistency while optimizing for ad-driven conversions.
- Stay updated on e-commerce trends, paid media landing page strategies, and CRO techniques.
Requirements
2–4 years of experience designing landing pages for e-commerce brands.Strong portfolio demonstrating landing pages optimized for paid ad traffic (Meta ads preferred).Proficiency in Figma.Hands-on experience with CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) and A / B testing for e-commerce campaigns.Working knowledge of HTML / CSS is a plus.Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to act on feedback quickly.Excellent visual design skills — typography, layout, color, and mobile-first design.Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience with Meta ad creative funnels and UGC-driven landing pages.Familiarity with analytics and heatmapping tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, Crazy Egg). Understanding of SEO, page speed, and performance optimization for e-commerceSkills Required
