Job descriptionProven international sales experience (preferably in fintech, SaaS, or payments). Excellent client relationship, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently without supervision. Strong self-motivation and results-oriented mindset. An established international client network is a plus. Attractive commission per deal closed. Recurring incentives every month for as long as the client stays with Datman. Unlimited earning potential with no cap. Recognition and rewards for high performance.

Role Overview :
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive with international experience to drive client acquisition and business growth. This role is 100% commission-based and completely remote – you manage your own schedule, clients, and growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and secure new business opportunities in international markets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Present and promote Datman’s payment solutions to prospective businesses.
- Achieve and exceed monthly / quarterly sales targets.
- Keep a healthy pipeline and provide regular updates on performance.
