Roles & Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable Java-based applications using Spring Boot , Microservices , and RESTful APIs .

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, architects, and QA to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team; guide in code reviews, design discussions, and best practices.

Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and architecture designs .

Ensure high performance, scalability, and security of applications.

Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code for better performance and maintainability.

Manage the end-to-end SDLC — from planning and design to deployment and support.

Stay updated with the latest technologies and propose adoption where beneficial.

Participate in Agile / Scrum processes — sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Coordinate with DevOps and QA teams to ensure smooth CI / CD and release processes.
