Key Responsibilities :
- System Configuration : Tailor and optimize the Workday platform to align with companyspecific HR policies processes and reporting requirements.
- Data Management : Ensure data accuracy integrity and security within Workday through regular monitoring and management.
- Security Administration : Implement and maintain security measures to safeguard employee information by configuring roles permissions and access controls.
- Reporting and Analytics : Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards that provide insights into HR metrics and organizational trends.
- Integration Management : Manage and configure Workday integrations with thirdparty systems (e.g. payroll benefits time tracking) using Workday tools like Workday Studio and Enterprise Interface Builder.
- Change Management : Support system changes by testing implementing and communicating updates to ensure a seamless experience for users.
- User Support and Training : Assist employees and managers in using Workday effectively by addressing queries troubleshooting issues and providing training.
- Vendor Management : Collaborate with external vendors to resolve issues and improve Workday support services.
Essential Qualifications :
