Key Responsibilities :

  • System Configuration : Tailor and optimize the Workday platform to align with companyspecific HR policies processes and reporting requirements.
  • Data Management : Ensure data accuracy integrity and security within Workday through regular monitoring and management.
  • Security Administration : Implement and maintain security measures to safeguard employee information by configuring roles permissions and access controls.
  • Reporting and Analytics : Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards that provide insights into HR metrics and organizational trends.
  • Integration Management : Manage and configure Workday integrations with thirdparty systems (e.g. payroll benefits time tracking) using Workday tools like Workday Studio and Enterprise Interface Builder.
  • Change Management : Support system changes by testing implementing and communicating updates to ensure a seamless experience for users.
  • User Support and Training : Assist employees and managers in using Workday effectively by addressing queries troubleshooting issues and providing training.
  • Vendor Management : Collaborate with external vendors to resolve issues and improve Workday support services.

Essential Qualifications :

  • Workday Expertise : Indepth understanding of Workday s core modules including HCM Payroll Time Tracking Recruitment Advanced Compensation and Performance Management.
  • Reporting and Analytics : Proficiency in Workday reporting tools for creating custom reports dashboards and analytics.
  • Business Process Configuration : Knowledgeable in setting up and managing Workday business processes including workflows and approvals.
  • Security Administration : Experience with Workday s security model role configuration and data access management.
  • Integration Skills : Familiarity with integration tools and concepts within Workday (Workday Studio Enterprise Interface Builder).
  • Data Management : Strong skills in managing data imports / exports and ensuring data accuracy.
  • Analytical Skills : Proficient in analyzing HR data and identifying actionable insights.
  • ProblemSolving : Strong troubleshooting skills to quickly address and resolve system issues.
  • Communication Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication to support and train users effectively.
  • HR Knowledge : Solid understanding of HR practices and processes to support endusers proficiently.
