GenStrat.Ai is a fast-growing bootstrapped conversational AI startup building intelligent agentic systems across collections, doctor appointments, and lead generation. We’ve built our own NLU engine and were recognized among the Top 100 startups at the TGI Summit.

Responsibilities

Build and improve conversational AI, NLU / NLP, and agentic pipelines

Train and fine-tune LLMs and domain-specific models

Work on STT, multilingual models, RAG systems, and workflow automation

Deploy scalable ML systems to production

Collaborate directly with the founder on roadmap and architecture

Own features end-to-end from prototype to deployment

Qualifications

2–5 years of experience in AI / ML, NLP, or LLMs

Strong Python + ML frameworks (PyTorch / TensorFlow)

Hands-on experience with fine-tuning, vector DBs, embeddings, or agentic frameworks

Experience deploying models (FastAPI, Docker, cloud)

Startup mindset : fast execution, ownership, problem-solving

Bonus : ASR / TTS, multilingual models, LangChain, orchestration agents
