• 8 to 10 years of functional experience in supporting Oracle Cloud Service Contract Management and Oracle Cloud Project Portfolio Management (PPM) modules.
• Hands-on experience in managing Service and Supplier Contract Agreements, including :
• Configurable service packages
• Contract renewals
• Flexible billing structures
• Integrated entitlement processing within Oracle Cloud.
• Minimum 2 full-cycle implementations of Oracle Cloud Service Contract Management :
• Designing and configuring contract templates, workflows, and integrations.
• Minimum 2 full-cycle implementations of Oracle Cloud Project Costing, Project Contracts, and Project Billing modules.
• Strong knowledge and experience in supporting PaaS (Platform as a Service) and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts and provide production support and issue resolution as per business requirements.
